Our founder and Managing Director, Matthew Tucker, has a unique experience of the business and commercial sectors gained whilst building (and selling) a multi-national engineering business. He started his previous business in his spare bedroom in 2003 and grew it to be one of the largest privately owned engineering consultancies in the UK.

Building and growing a multi-national business in the construction industry means there is not much that Matthew has not previously experienced. This ranges from the acquisition of 3 businesses and private equity investment, through to HR policies, growth strategies and people management.
